REALIZE^® Band surgeons:
- Have met the REALIZE Adjustable Gastric Band training criteria and offer the REALIZE Band to their patients.
- Have performed at least 125 bariatric procedures, with at least 50 of those cases performed during the last 12 months.
Gastric bypass surgeons:
- Have performed at least 125 gastric bypass procedures, with at least 50 of those cases performed during the last 12 months.
Sleeve gastrectomy surgeons:
- Have performed at least 125 bariatric procedures, with at least 50 of those cases performed during the last 12 months and a minimum of 15 sleeve gastrectomy procedures performed in their lifetime.
